I offer a free phone consultation to talk with you about your concerns, give you a sense of how I work and address any initial questions you may have. You can contact me here to request a call.

If  we decide to go forward we will find a good time to meet for an initial 50-minute session.

I accept insurance and offer a sliding scale or adjusted fee for those with financial constraints: you may be just out of college in the early earning years or someone whose work, health or living situation limits your ability to pay.

When deciding how and whether to use your insurance to pay for therapy I help you review your options and think carefully about your resources so we can agree on a fee that is fair and sustainable for us both.

DID YOU KNOW?

Insurance companies listed as PPOs allow you to see the therapist of your choice for a reduced fee even when the provider is NOT listed with your insurance as "in network".

Many experienced therapists opt out of insurance networks because they are paid only a fraction of their fee.

Using your PPO insurance to pay for out-of-network therapy gives you:

  • more options for finding an experienced therapist,
  • reduced costs while paying your therapist a fair fee, and
  • confidence that your resources are helping those in need access therapy, too!

I can contact your insurance company to verify benefits and submit claims on your behalf

I can also provide detailed receipts for you to submit for reimbursement from your insurance provider,

Health Savings (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

I am in network with Claremont EAP, Mental Health Network (MHN) and Medicare.

I am an out-of-network provider with Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna and other PPOs.
